St. Ouro stands behind the quality of our products. All St. Ouro products are backed by a voluntary limited manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and/or workmanship under normal use for the Warranty Period outlined below, as documented by valid proof of purchase.

St. Ouro Breastmilk Cooler Bag The St. Ouro Breastmilk Cooler Bag is covered by a one (1) year warranty from the date of delivery to the original, end-user purchaser.

Accessories All St. Ouro accessories are covered by a ninety (90) day warranty from the date of delivery to the original, end-user purchaser.

Claims must be made within the Warranty Period. This warranty is valid only in jurisdictions where St. Ouro products are authorized to be sold and only applies to purchases made through St. Ouro and its authorized distributors and resellers.

 

 

IF YOU DISCOVER A DEFECT

If you experience an issue with your St. Ouro product within the Warranty Period, please contact our Customer Care Team at support@st-ouro.com. The product should be returned either in its original packaging or packaging providing an equal degree of protection.

If a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, St. Ouro will, at its option, either: (a) repair the defective product or relevant parts, or (b) replace the defective product or relevant parts with a new or equivalent product. In the event of a defect and to the extent permitted by law, these are your sole and exclusive remedies. Any replacement product or parts will be warranted for the remainder of the original Warranty Period, or any additional period applicable in your jurisdiction.

 

 

WHAT THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER

This warranty does not apply to defects or damage resulting from:

  • Ordinary wear and tear, including natural breakdown of colors, materials, and insulation performance due to normal aging

  • Corrosion, rust, stains, scratches, dents, or other cosmetic damage

  • Accidents, including liquid spillage, submersion, or contact with food or substances

  • Misuse, abuse, neglect, or use outside the intended purpose described by St. Ouro

  • Failure to follow St. Ouro's care and use instructions

  • Use with third-party products, components, or accessories not intended for use with your St. Ouro product

  • Modification or alteration of the product in any way

  • External causes including flooding, fire, or power surges

 

 

CONSUMER RIGHTS

This warranty is provided free of charge and is in addition to, and separate from, any rights provided under applicable consumer laws or regulations in your country or state of purchase. It does not exclude, limit, or affect any statutory consumer rights. You have the right to choose whether to claim under this warranty or under applicable consumer laws.

IF ANY TERM OF THIS WARRANTY IS HELD TO BE ILLEGAL OR UNENFORCEABLE, THE LEGALITY OR ENFORCEABILITY OF THE REMAINING TERMS WILL NOT BE AFFECTED OR IMPAIRED.
