We're committed to getting your St. Ouro bag to you carefully and promptly. Please read the following information so you know what to expect after placing your order.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of purchase. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or federal holidays.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by one to two additional business days. We will notify you if there is a significant delay in shipment.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and begin once your order has shipped, not when it was placed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on carrier availability, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.


Where We Ship

At this time, St. Ouro ships within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally.

We plan to expand shipping destinations in the future. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when new regions become available.


Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

If you have not received a shipping confirmation email within 4 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@st-ouro.com.


Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. St. Ouro is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at support@st-ouro.com and we will do our best to make corrections before your order ships.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

St. Ouro is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, we recommend checking with neighbors and your building or mailroom before contacting us.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@st-ouro.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives defective or damaged. Please refer to our [Return & Refund Policy] for full details on how to initiate a return.
