Refund policy
We believe your bag should feel like an extension of you. If it’s not quite the right match, we’re happy to guide it gently back to us, here’s how:

Timing: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

Condition: Bags must be unused with all original tags and components intact. We inspect each return with care. Items showing signs of wear cannot be accepted. We’ll email you with details and return the bag to you.

The Full Ensemble: Returns must include everything it arrived with: dust bag, original packaging, and all accessories (including the ice cooler, inserts, and straps). Returns missing any components cannot be accepted.

Original Packaging Required: Please return your item in its original packaging. This helps ensure safe transit and smooth processing. Items damaged during return shipment cannot be accepted.
Restocking Fee: Approved exchanges are subject to a restocking fee of $12, which will be deducted prior to processing the exchange.
The Process
To begin a domestic return within 14 days of your delivery date, please visit our returns center. Have your order number, shipping zip code, and the email used to place your order ready.
Once your return arrives, our team will thoughtfully inspect it. You’ll receive an email confirming receipt and whether your return has been approved or declined. Approved refunds will be issued within 10 business days and applied to the original form of payment.
Exchanges
We’re happy to offer exchanges for a different color, subject to availability and return approval. All exchange requests must first follow our standard return process. Once your original item is received and approved, we’ll arrange the exchange.
Store Credit
Prefer flexibility? We're always happy to offer store credit in place of a refund. Store credit does not expire and allows you to choose your next piece when the timing and mood feels right.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Replacement Items
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
